The GentlemenClub cards are used to redeem the services at spa instead of cash payment. Each card has a certain value which is equal to a certain number called Ncoin (*) and has a validity time.

(*) Ncoin is an exchange unit for cash.

Please kindly note the following rules when GentlemenClub cards are used

Card must be presented to receptionist when it is used

Card is transferable and can be extended to redeem services for your companions

Card is non-refundable

Card is not reissued in case of lost, damage or pilferage

Card is not valid after expiry date recorded in the card's backside

Other discount or promotion programs are not applied when card is used

Card will be verified and recorded

Please check and confirm the information, then sign on the card at the reception

At Namspa, peak hours are usually in the late afternoon on weekday and whole weekend, hence you are strongly recommended to make the advance bookings to help us serve you better.
